The Deerfield River Fly Fishing Report for 11/24/2021: I know, I know… it’s been a minute since I posted anything outside of Instagram but here I go with a report for Thanksgiving! Fishing has been outstanding on the Deerfield with double digit action on most float trips. Most of the fish have been taken on clown eggs size 16,18 and stoneflies in golden stone and brown stone size 8. Experiment with egg color until the trout agree with your selection.
